The contractual foundation governing your usage of the Zetameld software platform, APIs, and cloud services.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether an individual or institutional enterprise) and ZETAMELD™ LLP. By accessing our web applications, initializing API keys, or subscribing to our software packages, you agree to be bound by all clauses herein.
Zetameld grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable right to access and utilize our enterprise ERPs, payment gateway relays, and autonomous AI pipelines in accordance with your chosen tier. We guarantee a 99.99% monthly infrastructure availability SLA, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced at least 48 hours in advance.
You own your data completely. Zetameld claims zero proprietary rights or intellectual property over student records, customer accounts, financial ledgers, or telemetry ingested into your tenant namespace. We will never sell, rent, or monetize your confidential data.
Subscription fees are billed on an annual or monthly prepaid schedule. All rates are exclusive of statutory taxes (such as GST or VAT), which will be invoiced in accordance with prevailing local tax laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Total cumulative liability under this agreement is capped at the aggregate fees paid by the customer in the preceding twelve (12) months.
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hisar, Haryana, India.
